#4 Third week (GitHub, GitHub, GitHub...)

 This week I mostly focused on how the bot will be interacting with the GitHub API from a user's POV.

TL;DR

•  Setup OAuth for GitHub 
•  GitHub API class to interact with the GitHub REST and GitHub GraphQL APIs.
• Methods to manage user and global account data events on a matrix server.
